15 - What happens if a Head Office user wants a new service applicatif to access a system?

- They need to send an email request to the ITUK-NSC-ACCESS-SUPPORT@STELLANTIS.COM
- Vauxhall
- if it is a new copy of the service for OV then the central ASL team need to create it (email asl.ov.sma@opel.com) , once this has been done the user then needs to ask their local dept. ASL to assign it to them.
